Registration with Securities and Exchange Commission Names for registration in SEC a. SPCM HS 1980 Foundation b. HS 1980 Manila Paulinian Foundation c. Manila Paulinian Foundation Ruby fills up the forms and Crisel will register it in SEC address for the foundation is Ruby's residence: #6 Amsterdam ext., Merville Pque. Purposes of the Foundation: 1. To raise funds for the alumnae's objectives which are the homecoming activities and projects. 2. Donations 3. Outreach programs Treasurers were assigned from each class: 4-1: may domingo 4-2: girlie pablo 4-3: anna dela cruz 4-4: ina fabra TARGET Fund Raising Projects GARAGE SALE Oct. 18-19 to be held beside three sisters restaurant in bo. kapitolyo, pasig. Donations should be in by Oct. 11, 2002 We will meet on 0ct . 12 in Three Sisters to make posters and post them around the area and also to out the price tags on the items. Volunteers for the garage sale: Oct 18- Girlie, Ruby Oct 19- May We are going to need more volunteers. I'll take care of the food. The meeting on oct. 12 for the garage sale will also include in the agenda the planning for the xmas party collections for the Xmas party to be done before that day Vigil House* Sept. 28 activity - donation to the Vigil House 10am items to be donated are toilet paper and adult diapers and if there's extra money, oatmeal. Items for donation should be in by sept 27, Friday marj and may to canvass prices for adult diapers and anna will give price for the toilet paper. It was agreed upon that we just all meet there on the 28th before 10 am.
