2005 HOMECOMING PREPARATION NOW IN PROGRESS!

Registration with Securities and Exchange Commission

Becky Ragodon brought up the matter concerning our registration
with the SEC (securities and exchange commission) which she says is a requirement should we ask for sponsorships from big companies in the future since we would have to issue receipts. Girlie Pablo was assigned to call SEC and inquire on the application procedure.

TARGET Fund Raising Projects

GARAGE SALE

We would just ask each batchmate to donate anything they don't need anymore as long as they're still useable. We agreed on these dates: Oct. 18 & 19 and Nov. 15 & 16, 2002. the first garage sale will be held beside Three Sisters' restaurant and the next will be in Merville. So this will be our first fund raising project which we all think is much easier for starters.

Drop off points are as follows:
for the pasig/ mandaluyong/ortigas area:Three Sisters' Restaurant or Marie Manalo's House
for Paranaque: Ruby Dizon's house;
for Manila: Anna dela Cruz's house;
for Makati: Patricia Pablo's house
for QC: Nanette Fojas's house

Marie Manalo will take care of the garage sale at the Three Sisters
We are asking classmates to go and help sell the goods, Marie Manalo offered to serve Merienda (should be a lot of fun girls!).

We also appointed representatives from each section to call our
classmates and inform them about the garage sale and at the same time request for donations.

for 4-1: May, Nanette, Ruby
for 4-2: Gwenneth, Lydia, Patricia
for 4-3: Sylvia, Anna dlc
for 4-4: to be appointed

BAZAAR

For the bazaar, Girlie Pablo was appointed to be in charge of getting the schedules of the different bazaars for the rest of 2002. According Mrs. Fortes said that during the college week of SPCM, we could also hold our bazaar...though we should still coordinate with Mrs. Fortes regarding this matter. Cristy Ermita was appointed (even though she was absent) to talk to Mrs. Fortes. Venues agreed upon for the bazaar which is targeted for January 2003 are SPCM and SPCP. (the bingo social could also be held during the college week.)

BINGO SOCIAL

Cristy Ermita :equipment's and set up would be provided by her husband's company but the venue and ticket sales would be ours. We really didn't get into details regarding this since cristy wasn't present during the meeting. Will inform you on this next time.
