Geraldine Caguioa is fine oil portraitist, painting in old master technique of flemish realism. She paints portraits that are true to life capturing every detail and expression of her subject. Her style brings a classic piece of art and museum quality heirloom.

Geraldine has studied under several artist, but she has taken to the flemish realism style of her teacher and mentor renowned artist David Weaver of flemish realism.com. She has studied under David in several one-on-one apprenticeship in portraits and still life.

  Before then, Geraldine was known as a Decorative artist, Gingy, painting murals and trompe l'oeil in several homes in Pinehurst, North Carolina 1999- 2001 and Thousand Oaks, California since 1989-1999. She also taught Decorative Painting overseas 1997-1999, and taught art as a volunteer to the students of St. Jude's Catholic School in Westlake Village, California in 1993-1996. She has been a member of the Society of Decorative Painters since 1992.

Today, Geraldine has her studio and art gallery at "The Muse" 280 N. W. Broad Street, Southern Pines, North Carolina. Geraldine Caguioa Portrait Studio & Art Gallery also carries some of David E. Weaver's fine oil still life and landscapes.
