Hi Anna:

I hope this letter finds you well. You're always in my thoughts and when I think of calling you direct, our time difference poses a bit of a challenge.  How are you doing?  How did your first chemo session go?
You've always been a woman of strength and courage so continue to keep that positive attitude and fight this disease.  If anyone can do it, I know you can (sounds like one of our cheers in high school, huh - hahaha). 

I'm amazed at how many of our old classmates pulled through to offer assistance.  That just goes to show how many lives you've touched and continue to touch even after all these years.  You obviously have made such an impact on people, it must be that charismatic smile that draw people to you.  Well this is getting long now, I better go back to work.  Just want to let you know that i'm thinking of you and have you in my prayers.  Take good care and hang in there.  I can't wait for the day when I open my email and read an update that you've battled the disease and is now cancer free... Stay strong Anna!!!

Dont be afraid, were all here to stand by you...there's so many of us who love you. I am so overwhelmed with those who have given their support. Since I've always considered myself part of the De la Cruz family, I thank them all as well for taking care of my sister Anna. I will call you again soon.

Hi Anna!

Hope you are feeling better by this time.  just had my 5th chemo last 24oct.  Am having a bad time this time around kasi my wbc is always low so i need abt. 4 shots of granocyte everytime i have chemo. Putting it down to old age hehehe.

Here's one unsolicited advice i insist on dispensing -always exercise your arm!  i can't stress it enough to first timers. I've seen arms as big as my thigh because the patients chose to baby their arms.  pls.  do your arm exercise as taught by your surgeon.  btw, who is your oncologist?  What are your chemo meds? Hope you don't mind my asking but i've been through the whole gamut of chemo meds and am just curious.

As i've mentioned before, I have been living with cancer for 11 years now.  I've sort of become an expert in my mind.  Had in '94, '99, '01, '03 and '05. recurring. Ang kulit talaga.  If you need to talk, just text me and i'll call you.

It's me, Peachy.  Heard that your first chemo didn't go too well with you :(  Sa umpisa lang yan, pretty soon you'll be so used to it, expert ka na, haha.

Well, just remember: we're all here to support you & we constantly pray that you will always have the strength to cope with whatever comes your way. kayang kaya mo yan, I know you're a very strong person, di ba superwoman ka??? And if you ever feel weak & tired, just get up & dance like the way you did on our homecoming party: non-stop! remember? I won't forget that...i can still picture that in my mind :)
